This is the one that really surprises me. I guess it shouldn't. Many of the best authors didn't speak English natively: Joseph Conrad, Vladimir Nabokov, et. al...
You should be very proud of your proficiency. You write with a much more eloquent style than 99 per-cent of us lazy native Anglophones.
